All regular price items purchased on Redboutiques.com are eligible for a full refund, minus our shipping charges, if returned within 15 days of purchase in original condition.

To ship an item back to Redboutiques:

1. Indicate on your invoice whether you are returning or exchanging the item.

2. For exchanges, please indicate the desired size. We recommend contacting customer service to ensure that we have the merchandise and correct size you would like to exchange your item for before sending your purchase back: 1-516-441-5125

3. Pack and return your item/invoice into a USPS bag or box. Please note: You MAY NOT return any items purchased online in store.
