Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be Process on Monday.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All regular price items purchased on Redboutiques.com are eligible for a full refund, minus our shipping charges, if returned within 15 days of purchase in original condition.

You will have up to 30 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website.

Customer could use preferred shipping company to return items.

item purchased at physical store are eligible for exchange or store credit only up to 15 days after purchase.

Items discounted or marked final sale are only entitled for store credits. 

EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Shipping charges: All shipping charges on items purchased are not refundable.

Holiday purchases: Throughout November 10th to December 25th, we will accept returns after 30 days.

Damaged items: If any item is received damaged, please contact customer service. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Items returned or exchanged must be unwashed, unworn, unused and with all original tags in tact. Please be aware of any deodorant or makeup running on dresses or tops. 

SENDING BACK A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

To ship an item back to Redboutiques:

1. Indicate on your invoice whether you are returning or exchanging the item.

2. For exchanges, please indicate the desired size. We recommend contacting customer service to ensure that we have the merchandise and correct size you would like to exchange your item for before sending your purchase back: 1-516-509-6436

3. Pack and return your item/invoice into a USPS bag or box. Please note: You MAY NOT return any items purchased online in store.
