RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We take great pride in our products, and we hope you are delighted with your purchase from Red Boutiques. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept exchanges or provide store credit for items returned within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All items purchased on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service immediately.

Returns and Exchanges Conditions:

Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn, and with all original tags attached. Take care to avoid makeup or deodorant marks on dresses and tops.

How to Send Back a Return or Exchange:

  1. Indicate on your invoice whether you are returning the item for a refund or exchanging it. For exchanges, specify the desired size and contact customer service to confirm availability before shipping your item back.

  2. Securely pack your item and the invoice in an appropriate shipping bag or box.

In store return policy:

  1. Physical store purchases are eligible for store credit only when returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.  
  2. Returns will not be accepted after the 14-day period.  
  3. All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
