RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All items purchased on Red boutiques are eligible for a exchange or store credit 

You will have up to 15 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else or get a store credit .

Shipping charges: All shipping charges on items purchased are not refundable.

Damaged items: If any item is received damaged, please contact customer service. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Items returned or exchanged must be unwashed, unworn, unused and with all original tags in tact. Please be aware of any deodorant or makeup running on dresses or tops. 

SENDING BACK A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

To ship an item back to Red boutiques:

1. Indicate on your invoice whether you are returning or exchanging the item.

2. For exchanges, please indicate the desired size. We recommend contacting customer service to ensure that we have the merchandise and correct size you would like to exchange your item for before sending your purchase back: 

3. Pack and return your item/invoice into a USPS bag or box. Please note: You MAY NOT return any items purchased online in store.

AUTHENTICITY AND WARRANTY:

Red boutiques only carries items that are authentic and purchased straight from the company. Please keep in mind that these items may not always be completely free of errors, and garments with distressing are prone to an increase chance of wear and defect.

Customers are welcome to return any item that they are unhappy with and all customers in the US have Hassle free return  on all merchandise.

Many products do wear out or develop holes over time with extended use. Red boutiques guarantees all products to be free of such problems for the first 90 days. In the case that such a problem occurs after 90 days from the time of purchase, we will attempt to assist with repairs if these services are available by the company. However, we will not provide a full replacement or refund after 90 days of purchase if these items are not mended by the company. Any garment to develop wear or holes BEFORE the 90 days is eligible for a refund or replacement.
